What we process. Contracts you upload or paste are processed in memory only and deleted immediately after analysis. We do not store contract text or include it in logs.

AI processing and data location. To analyze your contract, its text is sent to our AI provider, DeepSeek, whose servers are located in the People's Republic of China. The provider processes the text only to return the analysis. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, this is an international data transfer; please do not upload contracts you are not permitted to share with a third-party processor.

Account data. If you sign in we store your email address, plan and monthly usage count. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Creem; we never see your card details.

Analytics. We collect anonymous usage statistics (page views, number of checks) to improve the service.

Your rights. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at support@clauseclearai.com.
